The Eighth Spring sits on 37 acres of Northern Rivers hinterland just outside Byron Bay, built by the owners themselves as a labour of love, finished right in time for their own wedding, and opened up to other couples ever since. It's family-owned and quietly luxurious, with a ranch-like feel running through it - rolling lawns, a striking water feature and a beautifully built barn set within an intimate valley.
